Friday we met with Jenny in the morning to review all of Emily's Chinese paperwork. We received various documents including her birth certificate. The rest of the day was hanging out in the room and packing. We left around 5 pm for our flight to Guangzhou. Emily's first airplane ride went well....
We have had many request for a video of Emily playing. So here goes....
Here are some more pics from our week in Nanchang...

I called the boys over to watch the video and Joel almost broke my foot in his hurry to get up here when he realized it was a video of Emily. Joel would wave at the video and say, "Hi, Cutie!" and then she would laugh. He thought that was great. He know she couldn't really see him though. ;-)
ReplyDeleteDadgummit! Blubbering again over the video of that precious, contented child...
ReplyDeleteMy latest worry - is her head going to itch while her hair is growing back.

Emily, I love your pink purse toy you are playing with in the video. How fun! Great pictures of the Scott family enjoying this adventure.
ReplyDeleteHello from Jean and Miriam, she loves to put anything in her mouth. The purple part of the toy, she almost took the whole piece. She is such a cutie and she looks very happy. It was super to see and hear her. Thank you again for all the time you had taken to share. Got to be so tired. Need another vacation?
